Official email address
Your official email address is automatically generated using your official name on record with the University at the time of your enrollment or employment.
Delivery email address
All messages sent to your official email address are delivered to campus email by default. You may choose a different delivery address, in which case all new email sent to your official email address will be forwarded to the address you choose. This only applies to new incoming email and will not move the email that is already on the server. Note: The delivery address you select is not verified. Setting your delivery address incorrectly could cause you to lose email. Do not set your official, historical or additional email address as a delivery address.
Additional email address
For your convenience, you may create an additional email address. It must be either your campus username or contain your last name. This is not a replacement for your official email address. Just like your official email address, all email sent to this address will be sent to your delivery address.
Historical email address
If your official email address changes (due to name change, marriage, etc.), your old official address will become the historical email address. All email sent to this address will be sent to your delivery address.
Emergency or School Closing Alert
This email address will be used if there is an emergency or unscheduled school closing to send a text message to your cell phone.
Personal web page address
Your personal web page address to be displayed in online campus directory or when people look up your information.
