Program Description

For individuals who are licensed registered nurses with an associate degree and wish to earn a baccalaureate degree.

Admission Requirements

 

  • Completion of at least 30 college semester credits
  • Students must be admitted to the SON before taking any core nursing courses
  • Minimum career grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
  • Minimum grade of C in all required prerequisite and support courses and previous nursing courses
  • All prerequisite and support courses must be taken for a letter grade; P/N is not acceptable
  • One college chemistry course
  • Submit a letter of recommendation from current employer
  • Complete necessary requirements for clinical experiences per SON [PDF] Undergraduate Nursing Student Handbook (374 KiB):
