Admission Requirements
Admission to the MBA Program in the College of Business is competitive. Minnesota State University, Mankato offers MBA programs in both Mankato and in the Twin Cities (7700 France Avenue). Please note that the MBA application process is identical for both locations. Students can choose the location that best suits their needs when applying to the MBA Program. To apply for the MBA Program, please follow the instructions below.
Candidates must provide the following admission information:
Scores on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). A score of at least 500 is recommended within the last five years. Information about the GMAT is available online at www.mba.com/mba. Test scores must be sent directly to the College of Graduate Studies from GMAC.
If necessary, scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). A score of 550 is recommended on the paper version or 210 on the on-line version.

An applicant must apply and be accepted to the College of Graduate Studies and Research before applying to the MBA program in the College of business.
